Mr. Stout brings significant operating experience to RCP joining the team after serving as President and CEO of SSI Southland Holdings, Inc., from February 2008 to September 2010 - a RCP portfolio company in the waste industry that was sold to Advanced Disposal Services, Inc. Before joining SSI, Mr. Stout ran a $65 million HVAC wholesale distribution company for Carrier Sales and Distribution, and has held Corporate Development positions with OneMain, Inc. and Ciena Corporation. Mr. Stout serves on the Board of Directors of RCP portfolio companies including WeCare Operations Holding, LLC., and MWE Holding Company, LLC. Mr. Stout has an MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration in Rochester, NY and a BA in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College in Hampden-Sydney, VA.
