Mr. Davis has been directly involved in private equity investments in companies in the smaller end of the middle market for over eight years. Mr. Davis is involved in all facets of RCP's investment activities. Previously, Mr. Davis served as an Analyst at the private equity firm Trivest, Inc., and he also managed a small business in the equine industry. Mr. Davis serves on the Board of Directors of RCP portfolio companies including SP Industries, Inc., Peerless Industrial Group, Inc., All Weather, Inc., Vibration Technologies Corporation, MicroPower International Corporation, Toter Incorporated and Equibrand Holding Corporation. Mr. Davis has a B.S. degree in finance and marketing from the University of Richmond.
