Clark F. Davis
Managing Partner
Mr. Davis has been directly involved in private equity investments in companies in the smaller end of the middle market for over 19 years. Mr. Davis is involved in all facets of RCP's investment activities. Previously, Mr. Davis served as an Analyst at the private equity firm Trivest, Inc., and he also managed a small business in the equine industry. Mr. Davis serves on the Board of Directors of RCP portfolio companies including American Fire Protection Group, Equibrand Holding Corporation, MWE Holding Company, LLC, and Wincore Window Company, LLC. Mr.Davis has a B.S. degree in finance and marketing from the University of Richmond.
