Mr. Davis has been a middle-market private equity investor for the past 19 years. Prior to founding Ridge, Mr. Davis was a co-founder and the President of Trivest, Inc., a private equity firm focused on middle market investments. Prior to Trivest, Mr. Davis held senior positions with LaSalle Partners, Inc. and Chemical Bank. Mr. Davis serves on the Board of Directors of RCP portfolio companies including Truckload Holdings, Inc., SP Industries, Inc., All Weather, Inc., MicroPower International Corporation, DSI Worldwide, Inc., Toter Incorporated, American Fire Protection Group, Inc. and Equibrand Holding Corporation. Mr. Davis has a B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.
