Mr. Davis has been a middle-market private equity investor for the past 29 years. Prior to founding RCP, Mr. Davis was a co-founder and the President of Trivest, Inc., a private equity firm focused on middle market investments. Prior to Trivest, Mr. Davis held senior positions with LaSalle Partners, Inc. and Chemical Bank. Mr. Davis serves on the Board of Directors of RCP portfolio companies including American Fire Protection Group, Inc., Equibrand Holding Corporation, WeCare Operations Holding, LLC, and Wincore Window Company, LLC. Mr. Davis has a B.A. from Pennsylvania State University..
